Bruce Lee (born November 27, 1940, died July 20, 1973) was a Martial Artist movie star, who is considered by many the King of Kung-Fu. Bruce Lee was a great fighter and after his death, Bruceploitation began. Before his death, Jackie Chan appeared in his movies as a stuntman, such as Fist of Fury and Enter the Dragon. Altough Bruce had an explosive personality, screamed a lot and wasn't too patient, Jackie mentions how while filming Enter the Dragon, in one scene Bruce had to hit Jackie. In the scene Bruce hit Jackie accidentally too hard and after the shot was over Bruce apologized and helped Jackie Chan back up. Jackie mentions that was the nicest thing he had seen Bruce Lee do.
After Bruce Lee's death, Lo Wei considered Jackie "the next Bruce Lee" and made him star in several movies, and Jackie even played Bruce Lee's character in New Fist of Fury. Back then though, everyone did not like Jackie and considered him a Bruceploitator, meaning an imitator of Bruce Lee. It wasn't until jackie made Snakes in the Eagle's Shadow that Jackie was liked.
